Exchange/Return Policy for Cash-On-Delivery (COD)

Exchange/return is only applicable in front of the delivery rider at the time of delivery.
Please check the product before making the payment.
If you face any issue, call us instantly on our official number—our team will assist you right away.
You may also return the product on the spot by paying only the delivery charge.
After payment is completed, return or refund is not available, but you can still exchange the product
later.
After the rider leaves, you may visit JODE House (South Khulshi, Chattogram) with the unused product
within 7 working days for exchange.

Exchange/Return/Refund Policy for Advance Payment Orders

Check everything in front of the rider during delivery.

If any issue appears, contact us immediately.
For advance payment orders, you may request:
Exchange
Return
Refund (only if reported instantly during delivery)
After the rider leaves, refund is no longer applicable, but exchange is still allowed within 7 working days
as long as the product is unused.
If the product doesn’t fit or match your expectation, send the unused product back within 3 working
days (delivery cost paid by customer).
Once we receive it in proper condition, we will send the exchanged item immediately.
