Below is our complete shipping guideline.

1. Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped through Steadfast Courier.

2. Delivery Charges

Inside Chittagong City: 50 BDT
Inside Dhaka City: 110 BDT
Outside Dhaka (Other Districts): 130 BDT

3. Delivery Time

Inside Chittagong: 1–2 working days
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
Outside Dhaka (Other Districts): 2–4 working days
Customized orders: 5–7 working days depending on design & availability
We will notify you if any delay occurs due to courier issues or weather conditions.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:
Our team verifies the order over the phone call
Confirms size, design, and address
Hands the parcel to Steadfast for delivery
Unverified orders may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers must check the product in front of the delivery rider before paying.
If you want to return on the spot, you may do so by paying only the delivery charge.
After payment is completed, return or refund is not available, but exchange is allowed.

6. Advance Payment Orders

Processed immediately after payment.
Customers must check the product during delivery.
If any issue appears, contact us immediately for quick support.

7. Packaging & Safety

Every JODE product is shipped with:
Secure protective packaging
Moisture protection
Full quality check before dispatch

8. Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Products

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us instantly while the rider is still present.
We will take immediate action.

9. Delivery Attempts

Steadfast will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us.
